YouTube has recouped from an apparently overall blackout that kept recordings from stacking for about 60 minutes. During the blackout, many Verge staff members couldn't watch recordings, and YouTube affirmed at 7:23 PM ET that something was going on:

The issue seemed to influence different administrations that utilization the YouTube foundation as well, including YouTube TV and the films and TV shows you'd buy through Google TV (once known as Google Play Movies and TV). We were unable to stack them.
Right off the bat in the blackout, the YouTube site itself appeared to stack fine and dandy, however, recordings themselves would constantly show the stacking wheel. One Verge staff member got a video to stack after about a moment. As of about 8:00 PM ET, however, we saw blunder screens like this at whatever point we attempted to watch a video:

Things appeared to be back as right on time as 8:30 PM ET, yet you may have hit a couple of characteristics. By then, recordings played on YouTube's site appeared to be filling in as they regularly do. On the portable application, one Verge staff member saw a couple of blunder messages, yet those would clear with a revive. YouTube TV dealt with portable for another Verge staff member by then after the power shut the application.
DownDetector demonstrated a really enormous number of client reports of issues with YouTube, showing the issue was far and wide — the DownDetector diagram crested with in excess of 280,000 client reports in under 60 minutes. Various clients on Twitter announced that YouTube wasn't working for them, either, and look through spiked for "is YouTube down."
